Refund Policy

All services must be canceled or re-scheduled within 48 hours of appointment date and time in order to receive a full refund or change time of service. If a service is cancelled less than 48 hours before appointment date and time, no refund will be provided. Bookings are not transferable to another customer. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.

 

All payments are final and non-refundable. The only exception to this rule is the Live Tarot Reading: Live Tarot Reading sessions are only refundable if the client cancels or re-schedules this service within 48 hours of their appointment time. There are no exceptions.
