Cancellation Policy

All services must be canceled or re-scheduled within 48 hours of appointment date and time in order to receive a full refund or to re-schedule a service. If a service is cancelled less than 48 hours before appointment date and time, no refund will be provided. Bookings are not transferable to another customer. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy .
